Two weeks later, on 12 May (12:50 local time), a new earthquake measuring 7.3 magnitude struck Nepal,176 km NE of Kathmandu in Dolakha District, increasing the damages and affected areas. Currently, Nepal government is very active in the rescue, treatment, relief, rehabilitation of victims and restoration of physical infrastructure damaged by the earthquake.
